Accessibility Statement
Casvori Website Design LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company doing business as Casvori ("Casvori," "we," "us"), wants this site — and the sites we build — to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings.
Our commitment
Accessibility is part of how we design, not a step we bolt on at the end. We review our own pages regularly and fix barriers as we find them or as they're reported to us. Accessibility work is ongoing: as we add pages and features, we keep testing.
Standard we aim for
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference standard. We aim to meet it, and we treat gaps as bugs worth fixing. We do not claim full conformance, and no automated tool or single review can guarantee it.
What we do in practice
- Semantic HTML with proper headings, landmarks, and lists.
- A visible skip link and keyboard access to every interactive element.
- Visible focus outlines that we never remove for styling reasons.
- Descriptive alt text on meaningful images; decorative images hidden from assistive tech.
- Labelled form fields with clear error messages, not colour alone.
- Colour and contrast chosen against WCAG AA targets for text.
- Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference on animations.
- Layouts that reflow on small screens and at 200% zoom.
Known limitations
Some areas may still fall short. Third-party embeds we don't control — such as scheduling, payment, or analytics widgets — may not meet the same standard. Decorative motion and depth effects are used in places; these are reduced when your device requests reduced motion. If you hit something that isn't listed here, please tell us and we'll add it to our fix list.
Client sites we build
For client projects we follow the same practices above as our default. Unless your written scope specifically includes an accessibility audit or certified conformance testing, we do not warrant that a delivered site conforms to WCAG, the ADA, Section 508, or any other standard — content, images, and third-party tools added after launch materially affect conformance. Formal audits and remediation can be quoted as separate work.
Requesting an accommodation
If any part of this site prevents you from getting information or contacting us, we'll provide that information another way at no cost — by email, over the phone, or in a plain-text document. Email contact@casvori.com or call (551) 226-9834 and tell us what you need.
Reporting a barrier or bug
Helpful reports include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser plus assistive technology you were using. For bugs or broken features, include any error messages and the steps to reproduce them. We aim to acknowledge reports within 3 business days and to resolve confirmed issues on this site within 30 days, or explain why more time is needed. Use the form below to report an accessibility barrier, a bug, or a broken feature — all of it reaches our support inbox.
Not legal advice
This statement describes our practices and goals. It is general information, not legal advice, and it is not a warranty, guarantee, or admission of compliance with any law or standard. For your own legal obligations, consult a qualified attorney.
