Intake
A quick call or email exchange. We learn the business, the goals, and what you want visitors to actually do on the site.
It starts with the free audit form or a 15-minute call — whichever you prefer. We ask what the business does, who you're trying to reach, and what a good week of enquiries looks like.
If you already have a site, we look at it first: how it reads on a phone, how fast it loads, and what's worth keeping. You get that back in writing, usually within a day.
Nothing is billed at this stage and there's no obligation to continue.
Draft
You get a first cut in a few days — real layout, real copy, real imagery. Not a wireframe, not a mood board.
We build the first version on a private preview link only you can see. If you have a live site, it stays exactly where it is the whole time.
The draft has real words in it. If you haven't written copy, we draft it from the intake notes and you edit rather than starting from a blank page.
Typical timing from kickoff, once your content is in: 3–5 days on Essential, 5–7 days on Signature, 1–2 weeks on Premium.
Refine
We iterate together until every page reads the way you'd say it out loud. Unlimited rounds while the build is in flight.
Seven days of unlimited revisions start from that first draft. Reply to the preview link as many times as you need — there's no per-change fee during the build.
Send notes however suits you: an email, a list, a voice note, a screenshot with arrows on it. You talk to the person building the site, not an account manager.
Once the revision window closes, later changes are a flat $9.99 each, or included on a care plan.
Ship
We push it live under your own domain the same day you approve.
If your domain comes with the build, there's nothing for you to do — we register it, connect it, and issue the SSL certificate.
If you already own the domain, we need temporary access to your registrar to publish — it's the only way to connect a domain we don't hold. We do it together on a scheduled call so you see every change as it happens, it covers DNS settings only, and you remove the access the moment the site is live.
Only DNS records change. Your email keeps working exactly as it does now, and the old site stays reachable until the switch completes.
Tend
Optional monthly care: hosting, SSL, edits, and small improvements as the business changes.
Hosting is included with every build and stays free. Cancelling a care plan never takes your site offline.
The plan covers content edits, uptime monitoring, security updates and priority support — $35/mo with Essential, $25/mo with Signature, $15/mo with Premium, with Premium's first year free.
Skip the plan and you simply pay $9.99 per update when you need one. Either way, the site and domain are yours.
