You review it and we fix things
You get the preview link and tell us what to change. Seven days of unlimited revisions start from that first draft, reply as many times as you need.
We point your domain at it
Two DNS records change at your registrar, so we need temporary access to make them, it's the only way to publish on a domain you already own. We do it together on a scheduled call and you remove the access right after. Your email records stay untouched.
It goes live, and the old site retires
Same domain, same address people already know, new site behind it. SSL renews itself. Then you either leave it alone or put it on a care plan for edits.

Every redesign includes the domain and SSL handling, 301 redirects from your old pages, seven days of unlimited revisions after your first draft, and no deposit. You approve the finished redesign, receive a card invoice, and it launches after payment clears. Not if it's done right. Email runs on separate DNS records from your website. We only change the records that point your domain at the site and we leave your mail records untouched. If you're unsure who handles your email, tell us and we'll check before we touch anything.
